Getting Started Prior To Taking A Class
Problem:
Customer wants to get started and there are no classes scheduled or classes are full.
Solution:
You'll need a mill first and some wheat; use hard red or hard white wheat for yeast breads and soft white wheat for pastry flour like cookies or cake. Be sure to get the yeast, it's a real bargain. (You must store it in the refrigerator or freezer after opening.) We highly recommend getting the easy open "twist-top" gamma seals for your big buckets; they're a one time purchase that will save you time and effort each time you open them.
The other "must have" item is our Recipe Collection which will walk you through mixing, kneading, shaping and baking and contains lots of great family favorite recipes as well.
In addition to the written information on the website and in the Recipe Collection, you may email questions to us at support@breadbeckers.com or call us at 770-516-5000. Your success is our goal.
Blessings and health,
