Do You Sell Flour?

No, we do not grind and sell flour.

Our mission is to teach folks how to mill their own whole grains into fresh flour at home. We do not carry flour, only beans, grains, and of course, mills. By milling your own fresh flour, you will get all of the the vitamins before they are lost to oxidation (exposure to air) as well as all the fiber (that commercial flour manufacturers sift away with the germ and bran and sell it for a premium).
