Return Policy
Equipment that has not been used at all, that has all of its original packaging, instructions, etc. is in resellable condition (including the original packaging/display box), and was purchased no more than 30 days ago may be returned for an in-store credit. Used equipment, equipment of "wrong color", etc may not be returned.
All equipment is warranted by the manufacturers (not Bread Beckers). If equipment is defective and is returned to Bread Beckers within 30 days of purchase date (customer must provide proof of purchase from Bread Beckers), and after inspection it is determined to be defective, then Bread Beckers will repair (if we are an authorized repair facility for that product) or replace the product at Bread Beckers' discretion. After 30 days, the manufacturers warranty procedures must be followed (ie customer should contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement). Food products may not be returned, unless there is a problem with the product; in which case we will replace or refund the unused portion.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to us
