Electrolux Assistent Is Our First Choice

We highly recommend the Electrolux for several reasons: it yields the softest possible dough (therefore delicious soft bread) using a roller and scraper; it has a great deal of power but uses little electricity; it can handle large amounts of dough day in and day out; we often say with great confidence, "it will be the last mixer you'll buy" because it is so durable; the need for replacement parts is rare; several great attachments are available for additional uses.

We carry the Bosch Compact and find that it does an excellent job of mixing and kneading. It's ergonomic design mixes all the way around the bowl thoroughly. It is lightweight and easy to use, requiring minimal counter space. Because it is compact, it's capacity is one double recipe of our Basic Bread Dough at a time. It is sold as a set including a blender, slicer and shredder.
